“Topnotch pho, wide selection of super fresh dishes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2014 via mobile

Walked in with group of 5. Congenial and efficient service, very good organic sake, super fresh ingredients and a spicy pho that was irresistible. Worth a visit, especially on a cold night!

“Good Food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2013

On a recent trip to NYC I met a friend here for a bite. Good food, ok service, nice variety and a little different (from my experience) on food usage. I ordered lettuce wraps and they presented the noodles in a way I've never seen. It was a flattenend cake of sorts make from noodles so that it would lay flat and spread out I suppose? Nice way to make it unique. Prices were reasonable. I liked it.

“It's okay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

Pho is okay, I tried the beef pho. Rest of the menu I tried wasn't good though. In terms of price per value I would say it's a decent lunch option.

“Mediocre at best on the Pho Dac Biet”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2013

I picked this since it is the closest Vietnamese Restaurant from where I am at.

It is a nice little restaurant in the Theater District. Friendly waitstaff. Decor is modern.

On this night had their Special Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Dac Biet). Price is reasonable for this area. But the dish is not up to my expectation. Beef was not paper thin and nor showing pink. Ingredients were skimpy at best, noodles was ok and broth was alright. The usual condiments of basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos, lime, sriracha,hoi-sin sauce, chili sauce were all pre-made on a plate and put in the fridge; so the herbs are all wilted and not appetizing.

“A lovely surprise little find”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

We were going to another restaurant highly recommended in the same street in New York, however it was full to over-flowing with people waiting. We spotted this place on the way and subsequently retraced our steps.

Small, elegant little restaurant, not over-crowded with attentive staff. The food was good and the flavours excellent. I had the Mango Shrimp Salad and my partner had the Steak salad and 2 glasses of wine. Not huge meals but delicious and sufficient for $38.
