The location was excellent. From your window you could see the theatre and many other NYC buildings. The rooms were small, but farely clean. The bathrooms were also small and dated. The lobby was great and had a small giftshop. You could check in or out in a matter of a few minutes.

Over all i would stay there again.

Great location - especially if you are there for the theater. Room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom had some leftover hair - although not so bad that I wouldn't stay there again. Close to a subway stop. This is a very servicable hotel in a good location.
Do look at your bill on check-out - for some reason, our room rate changed between check-in and final bill. The issue is not resolved yet. Fellow travelers who went through the check-out process were okay - they only paid the originally quoted rate.
Bottom line - I would stay there again.

we stayed in the Milford Plaza over new years and found it very satisfiying for the price we paid. the rooms are basic but thats all we wanted as we where out enjoying the city most of the time!! The Milford Plaza is in a perfect location and a great price, I would stay at this hotel again!!

The Milford Plaza is a good choice for the price. Clean, good size rooms (for New York). If you get a Club room, free internet and breakfast (only 200/nt~ cheap!). Nice new, comfy beds with down comforters and pillows. New widescreen, flat panel tv. Am on the 15th floor, can still hear a little traffic, but quiet compared to other hotels. Nice toiletries.... overall good place to stay, esp if you were a tourist going to see shows.
