“Lovely surprise ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2014

Me and my girlfriend only stumbled in here by chance to get out of a torrential downpour and what luck it was. Lovely setting and fine service where only bettered by the tasty food fresh and exotic it was a fantastic change from all the burger bars and chicken wings that are plentifully found in NYC.

“Just ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2013

This place was on food network, and we figured we'll give it a shot. Not as good as i expected. Taboule, hummus was very very sour, pita bread was ok. Everything tasted like lemon. Kafta was good. Place on the 9th avenue is pretty small, bathroom can use some cleaning.

“Delicious Mediterranean food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2013

Tried this place for lunch and enjoyed the unique food choices on the menu. We had the hummus and pita bread, meat cigar appetizer, a chicken and lamb entree and the blueberry cake (which was more than enough for three people!). Everything was delicious! There are so many choices on the menu that we are looking forward to going back to try something new.

“Interesting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

Interesting food. We had the mezzo which allowed us to try a selection of hot and cold dishes. We had hummus, pitta bread, taboleh, felafel, baba ganoush and a myriad of other dishes. I love meals which my husband and I can share and I also enjoy trying lots of different tastes so the mezzo was perfect for us. The food was well made and it was a nice atmosphere. I was happy as a vegetarian with the choice of food.
