The hotel is nicely situated Rooms were small but on the par for New York. Would not return as room service did not clean. The restaurant we had breakfast for our party of 14 was simple breakfast fare with every order coming out wrong with the exception of one. It took a hour to take orders and be served simple eggs. After asking for the manager several times we complained to the hostess. Our meal was comped but just as we were finishing our meal a man from the bar came over to our table and made rude remarks Was he defending the restaurant or showing his displeasure that we lodged a complaint? Who knows. Very strange and disturbing. Do not know if he worked their or a bar regular??? Very uncomfortable and menacing. This was my good friends wedding we were all staying at the hotel for and we had been there for a few days and had several rooms. I will not be recommending this hotel. I say New York has many other great option. Try another.
