Room was smaller than many in NYC but not by a lot. It was enough room for a business traveler by himself but it was by no means spacious. The bed was the best part - very comfortable. The batheroom was of average size and the shower pressure was good. The hotel had good soap, shampoo and conditioner amenities but the towels were really skimpy. They reminded me of those I had in the locker room for high school sports. The toilet paper was very cheap and thin as well. Those were the areas it looks like the hotel chose to save money on. The rest was very good. The smart elevators took a little getting used to but they seemed to be no better or worse than any regular ones. I ws worried about this after reading other reviews but they caused me no problems.
