“The Pearl Hotel is definitely a gem.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

Stayed there three nights. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Times Square but far enough away that it is quiet. A plus after spending time at busy, busy, Times Square. The staff Is very accommodating and the rooms exceeded my exceptions. I will certainly return to this gem of a Hotel.

I have stayed here for 9 nights; the service was excellent, rooms are very clean and confortable, the location is amazing, right next to Times Square but enought away not to be noisy. Breakfast is basic but adequate.

We stayed at The Pearl for 3 nights and upgraded to the 10th floor with a balcony and paid $1,800 for the visit. We enjoyed this hotel and took advantage of the generous wine and cheese hour from 4-5pm and the continental breakfast which is enough to get you full. The balcony is nice but has limited visibility from room 1003. The staff is very helpful and the beds are very comfortable. We didn't hear any traffic or city noise while sleeping. This hotel has a great restaurant connected to it called E&E Grill and the hotel is located right across the street from Book of Mormon. The balcony rooms are spacious. The gym is small and adequate for cardio only. Overall great experience and great location.

Stayed here for 8 nights, 9 days with my husband, son aged 20 and daughter aged 17 in a Deluxe Queen suite, two double beds and a separate partitioned sleeping area with sofa bed. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to Times Square but far enough away from the hustle and bustle and is double glazed so absolutely no noise. Situated right across the road facing the Eugene Oneill Theatre, at present showing the Book of Mormon, GO!. The room was huge and had a proper wardrobe and 3 flat screen tvs, including one in the bathroom. There is a fridge and microwave so you can buy soft drinks/water from the nearby supermarkets and keep them cool ready for a day walking about. The continental style buffet, including cereal variety of bread to toast, bagels, pastries, muffins boiled eggs and fresh fruit tea coffee was plentiful and fresh and the staff replaced items very quickly. soft seating area available to read the free newspapers is available after your breakfast. Never used the Gym. The hotel is spotless and very plush in décor. The downstairs restroom area is spotless and also a small area with free internet great to print out your return journey tickets. The hotel hosts a free cheese and wine hour each night, my husband went a few times and said it was enjoyable. The staff were really friendly and very courteous. When it was time to leave we had LOTS more bags/suitcases than we arrived with and the hotel kept them secure for us until we were due to be picked up later that evening and taken to the airport. They booked a car for us which cost $60 to JFK. The regular doormen that were on duty while we were there got a good tip each! Would go back in a heartbeat and cant wait to return to NY. Now that we have found this hotel we will stay there again. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed. The Pearl is a real GEM....

Room Tip: We had a room on a high floor and did ask for it to be furthest from the elevator.

I have stayed at the Pearl 4-5 times in the past several months. Service is consistently above average. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. In-room Fridge, microwave, (bar)sink. Free breakfast downstairs is basic but adequate. Because its a small hotel, taxis often do not sit outside waiting for fares, so i suggest allowing an extra few minutes to get a cab in the morning.

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for seven nights.
The hotel is in a superb location, very friendly informative staff, great buffet breakfasts, gym and a very welcome free cheese and wine hour.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate booking it again if I'm lucky enough to visit the beautiful city of New York again.

Had a 4 night stay here, our first time in NYC. So glad I chose this hotel, the location is superb, minutes from Times Square.
Everything about the hotel was first class.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful, nice touch of a bottle of wine in our room when we arrived as the trip was for my husbands birthday
The rooms were extremely clean and welcoming after a busy day of sight seeing
This hotel is an oasis in the city that never sleeps...love it
Breakfast was a bonus and set us up for the day.
Will certainly be back
