Didn't complain about the fact that the 1st apt. we were placed in had electrical issues and tv not working. We were moved and the employee on property was helpful with it. My concern is that when we checked out on Aug.18 we realized we left our gps there. We stopped back by apt. around 7pm that night and were told no one was avail to open apt. This is very understandible, my concern is the fact that it is now Sept. 8 and after numerous calls, time and energy wasted, and great frustration I have not gotten any response from anyone @ this apt/business. The day after I called and was told that the gs had been found, I explained that I would be sending over a family member. It was the following week that NYC had rough weather and I was told no one may be available and I did not make a big deal about it. It has been since then that I have contact and left numermous messages, been hung up on, have not had calls returned. I as many people do have a very busy life. The fact that I have called 2-3 times a day sometimes, really frustrates me. I can't imagine that it is acceptable that such customer service is being delivered. I don't even know what else to do. The customer service delivered has been nothing short of horrific. I am truly dissapointed and realize that I may not get my gps back. I, at this point will be filing a theft report on the gps, not something I feel great about doing. I am just at a loss at what will resolve this issue.
