Awesome location and awesome views of the new Freedom Tower and Reflection Pool at the WTC Memorial. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly (even at 4am)! Slept like a baby in the comfortable bed and enjoyed the clean water dispenser right outside of my room! Although I only stayed for one night, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again!

This was my second stay in a Club Quarters - the first being in London by St Paul's. The WTC hotel is very well situated, and will be even more so once construction around the 9/11 Memorial is completed. Check in was friendly and efficient, the room, while not large, which is not to be expected in NYC, was clean and comfortable. The heat control in the room was helpfully situated by the bed, easy to use and worked better than most hotels I have stayed in. Internet is free in the room and throughout the hotel. Free bottled water is available on each floor.I didn't take advantage of the service, but laundry facilities are available with free soap. The bar/restaurant on the 20th floor has a great view over the 9/11 Memorial and the city, and I certainly had no complaints about the one dinner that I had there. Altogether a very convenient and pleasant place to stay, at a pretty reasonable price for NYC.

We were very impressed from the moment we walked into the hotel lobby. The front desk was very efficient and friendly while checking us in. I was pleased to see the security of the hotel as you must swipe your card to access elevators. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds (which were beyond comfortable) and were very pleased with the layout of the room, as well as our view. The floor had a purified water system in which we could take bottles of water to go, this came in handy when we headed out to walk around the city. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel and will definitely be booking with them again when we return!

Club quarters was okay, close proximity to client site in financial district and easy access to attractions in the area with great restaurants nearby! Drawback--- heating system is sketchy, had to switch rooms twice as the night technician didn't know how to actually fix anything ;-(

My stay at Club Quarters was wonderful! The room was very nice and clean. The view from the 12th floor was amazing!! The 20th floor had the best view of the Towers. Most off all my stay was so great because of the customer service from Deborah Her warm welcoming made me feel at home. She is so nice and so respectful. Its not often you find great customer service at some hotels. But Deborah was wonderful and because of her and the staff at Club quarters I would highly recommend this hotel to any one...Thank you Deborah!!!

View from the 20th floor dining room/outdoor terrace look down on Ground Zero. This is a spectacular view. See Picture. Room 1815 was very comfortable, overlooks the East view (See Picture). There is also an outdoor terrace on the South view. I assume the rooms with the Ground Zero view would have the best views.
Location: Keep in mind that this hotel is located at the very southern part of Manhattan. Great for doing business etc if that is what you are doing. However it is a long way to midtown, Central Park etc. Subway service from the hotel is a bit of a walk due to the 9/11 damage to the stations as of March 2014. However don't miss the remarkable Battery Park City area, just a few blocks away to the west. This area has been transformed over the last 10-15 years and offers parks, wonderful walks along the Hudson River. Hop on the Ferry for a free ride to Staten Island and back. You will see the best view of NYC from the Ferry.

Room Tip: My room 1815 (see picture) has a east view but the better views would be facing North overlooking Gr...

We picked this hotel because we just needed a place to crash for one night in NYC, and I would describe this hotel as efficient. The rooms are small, but clean. No frills whatsoever. For two people, the room had two towels and two pillows. The bed is not super comfortable. There is no bottled water in the rooms, but free bottles that you can fill with water in the hall. Apparently extra pillows and blankets are available from a public space as well, but I did not see that. The check-in area is tiny and there did not appear to be many people working. When we pulled up, there was a sign for valet parking and self-park, but no one was outside or came out to assist us and the self-park was not obvious, so we wound up finding street parking. The only reason to stay here would be its proximity to the 9/11 memorial and the financial district. there is also a great view of the 9/11 memorial from the restaurant on the 20th floor.
