“Excellent Place to Stay Downtown NYC”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2013

Very enjoyable stay; friendly staff; quiet accommodations; great location. Amenities include drinking water bottles on every floor, nice fitness center, business center, wi-fi, and a great view of the World Trade Center and Memorial Site from the restaurant on the top floor. Would recommend to anyone whether on business or travel. The rooms are set up great with plenty of room, coffee pot, flat screen TV, desk, and bathroom amenities. Only downside is it may be a little noisy in the morning while construction is ongoing, but it really did not bother us.

Room Tip: Might be a little quieter on the non-construction side, but again, it did not bother us.

Had a great time at the World Trade Center hotel. Went to the Terrace several times and had a really great experience with some of the wait staff. In particular, Jose Fiore made our experience a memorable one. He has been there for a year but seems as if he is a permanent fixture. What a great guy.

My room attendant Nalini was excellent, she was very efficient and helpful while I spent 3 weeks at the hotel for Business. The area outside the hotel was crowded with construction but the hotel is in a great location to get to subways etc and see all the great neighborhoods and parks of NYC

Room Tip: rooms were clean and neat.

Good for the price (compared to other NYC hotels!) very convenient location. Accommodating and friendly staff. Only complaint was we asked for an extra pillow and it never came.
Other than that, great place!

Also- the restaurant upstairs was very nice- we went up for cocktails at 3:30 and we asked if we could have happy hour prices even though happy hour didn't start til 4 and they said yes!

Fabulous service, friendly staff, amazing view from our room. Close to the subway for easy access to downtown. Cabs are plentiful as well. Restaurant was fabulous! Ordered a pizza while we were here, and it arrived via bicycle!

Came for a birthday weekend with my fiancée. Was a fabulous weekend spent!

Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

My cousin booked this sight unseen for us. What a wonderful surprise! Tough to find at first since it is on a one way street the wrong way due to construction, but once found it is in our hearts. Sleek, modern and welcoming lobby and staff we checked in with cardkey giving us elevator access for security. We entered a sleek and modern room overlooking the World Trade Center and fountains, in the evening the lights were mesmerizing and during the day the view was spectacular. Ask the front desk for the free passes to walk around the 9/11 site and you get priority walk-in.

Room Tip: ask for view of the trade center and we got it immediately!
