The Brussel Sprouts pizza was amazing at Motorino. The wait wasn't too long either. Cozy atmosphere.

“Great pizza”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

The pizza is fantastic. I went for the lunch special (a steal, M-F, which includes an individual pizza and a salad) and was not disappointed. The soppresata pizza was flavorful (and spicy!). Service was pleasant and quick.

“Fantastic Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

This small neighborhood pizza restaurant serves excellent food. We started by sharing a fennel salad. It was freshly prepared and most delicious. We then moved on to the pizzas - a margherita pizza and a prosciutto pizza. Both were thin crust and simply marvelous. The crusts were a little charred around the edges from the wood-fired oven - which made them even more delicious. This pizza was so very, very good.

“Much more than a neighborhood pizza joint”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

We've been to Motorino twice, and it doesn't disappoint. We've tried three pizzas: the soppressata picante, cremini mushroom and prosciutto di parma. Each was fabulous. I can't say one was better than the other. We've also had their salads, which are equally delicious. The service is friendly and helpful. This is more than a neighborhood pizza joint or restaurant. The quality of Motorino's food and service would merit a trip to try it, and then a follow-up trip for more. I can't recommend it enough.

“Probably the best pizza in NYC”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2013

I love pizza and I have tried most of the great NYC pizza places. Motorino for me is the best in NYC, just edging 089 and ahead of Keste and CO.
That doesn't mean it's perfect though.
For lovers of Napoli style pizza, the crust is thicker and a little charred
They, for some reason put pecorino on the pizza. It detracts!
Apart from that, it's awesome
