We did a weekend stay-cation in Manhattan and chose Andaz Wall Street, mostly because it was at the other end of Manhattan from where we live. The hotel, in the Financial District, is in close proximity to TriBeCa, so there are great restaurant options. Also close to Brooklyn Bridge.
The service was friendly; the room was well appointed with good attention to detail, ie, iPod, docking stations and good sound, modern bathrooms, good pillows.
There was also a cool farmers market and a beer garden in the plaza adjacent to the hotel.
Check in was efficient, everything done quickly with iPads, instead of the usual reception desk set up.
Overall it was a cool place and i would recommend it.
