“Really great find in Chelsea”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2010

Great place in Chelsea to stay! Very clean and roomy with comfortable beds. The owners are extrememly nice and accomodating. The have thoughtfully furnished the room with everything you would ever think to need-- a little frig, coffee maker, electric tea pot, glassward, mugs, a nice table with chairs, a desk, even a shopping bag to go to the corner and buy sundries. Feels like a stay at a friends house!

my wife and me stayed 5 nights in this lovely apartment in Chelsea.
Chelsea is a good location to explore the city.
The apartment was bigger as we thought it would be.
The price is fair, even cheap for New York.
Blaise, the owner is a nice, helpful guy.
The room is very clean, there is a lot of info found on new York.
We really can recommend it.
Tip : the High Line, a new, very interesting tourist atraction is around the corner.
It is a 2 mile walking way, 10 meters above the ground with fantastic views over the river and city.

My stay at Dupuy's was great. The room was overlooking the garden and although my bathroom wasn't en-suite - it was just next door so no hassle.

The photos on the website truly reflect the rooms which are cosy and have a home from home feel. Most of the time I felt like I had the place to myself which was pure luxury.

I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere quiet, clean and central!

If you want to get off the beaten path and experience life in Chelsea this is the spot.
Place was completely cute, clean and you really felt like a guest in someone's home.
Blaise was great and completely reachable if you needed anything. Nice neighborhood.
(Shops, restaurants, and drug stores)
The place looked exactly like what's on their website. Oh, the quietest toilet and shower
ever! The subway line was probably two blocks away.
I would recommend for the adventurous type thats been to NYC before. If you're done with Times Square's expensive, tiny hotels stay at Dupuy's.

Exactly what we were looking for! An 1850 Brownstone on a quiet, residential street, walking distance to The Village, Soho and The Metro to get anywhere in The City. The owners Blaise and Alex were very accomodating, had excellent suggestions and made our stay most enjoyable. We stayed in 1A which was a large room with a private bath, a/c and a 'shared garden' in the backyard. We would definitely go back (and recommend) Dupuy's Landing.
