The food was splendid, the prices a bit high but expected, the show was fun, and the service was stellar. I agree to a degree with some of the lower rating reviews but seriously, the ambiance and staff made up for the food imperfections.
Foie gras terrine - some of the best I've had.
Soft boiled egg in shiitake broth - slightly oversalted but incredible texture.
Venison with cabbage - just a tad on the dry side but the cabbage was great.
Salted pork - probably one of the best dishes I've ever had.
Chocolate tart with saffron foam - excellent
Sorbets - the salted chocolate and passion fruit sorbets were superb (the raspberry not so much)
