Elegant hotel, perfect located for business or leisure. Highly professional staff. Excellent rooms. Spacious and clean. Bathroom lighting was a little dim but otherwise just fine.
I would definitely stay there again

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking St Patrick's Cathedral

This is a beautiful hotel centrally located to lots of attractions. We stayed there for 5 days so we used most all of their facilities. The workout place is very well equipped. The coffee shop was nice but we were a little bummed by the lack of a place to eat breakfast. There are some within close proximity to the hotel but would be nice to be able to stay on site.

Room Tip: Room overseeing St Patricks are worth the extra $

Great position, well presented, but the WIFI was hopeless, did not work at any time with reliability. We had better WIFI in the middle of the Canada! It was not possible to send emails from the room and then they charged us for 3 days on the first day.

This is one of the top hotels in New York City, with prices to match. The service is good overall. There is a place to have breakfast on the ground floor, but it is small and with limited selections. The former lovely breakfast service is a thing of the past. We had a large corner room with everything. Lovely. Unfortunately a small cushion I brought with me was apparently scooped up with the sheets when the maid did the bed, and although we asked several times, it was never returned.
What irked me intensely was the "nickel and diming". At a Holiday Inn in Miami (about $120 including b/fast), free Wi-Fi internet was included. At the Palace, (at around $600, no breakfast), they charged an extra $16 a day. Peanuts, but irritatingly unnecessary.
Well located, well serviced.

A big THANK YOU to all the wonderful staff at the New York Palace and especially to Mike who always makes my birthday stay so special ! I do prefer the pre-renovated decor and although l really missed Gilt bar, Pomme Cafe is a really welcomed addition to the hotel. The coffee, pastries and fresh juices are wonderful. Must try is the pistachio eclair...l had one every day!

Room Tip: Cathedral view rooms are wonderful. l stayed at the Towers last time and l must say you cannot go wr...

Every time i have stayed at the Palace, it has been a memorable stay. Either at the Tower or the regular hotel. The service, the staff & amenities are exceptional. The new addition of Pomme Palais has been terrific.
