We are going back her in December for our third visit. Why? To us it is perfection so why change.. The suites are bright and cheerful, comfortable, have wonderful views and the bathrooms are highly appointed.
Every member of staff is helpful & friendly and go above and beyond expectations. The food is a delight and I look forward to be welcomed back.

Have stayed at the Palace Hotel many times and it never disappoints. Just stayed the past week and will go back next month. Why go out for dinner when you have one of the finest restaurants in the city in the hotel(Gilt).

Is one of the best locations in New York city. The rooms are great, clean, excelent views if you get a good floor, good restaurant, great service in general. On the back of St Patrick´s Church.

I encountered an excellent level of service at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally gracious and seemed to really appreciate my business. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and did their best to minimize disruptions. I barely heard them cleaning in other rooms. The concierges were very accommodating and exceedingly knowledgeable. The hotel is immaculate and the lobby exquisite. The vibe created by the patio behind the GILT bar added a special touch. The rooms were very clean and the bedding was comfortable. The only suggestion is to offer more breathable pillows; the ones provided got a little bit too hot during the night. The shower was divine and the amenities fitting. I heard very little noise from outside. I would definitely choose this hotel again.
