Our experience with the administration of this property was over a period of 9 months prior to arrival. At all times the responses to our requests were prompt and factual. Our deposit and rental payment were acknowledged and receipt confirmed promptly. On arrival as arranged the doorman had keys and showed the layout and features of the apartment which was exactly as the photoes of the property showed. The Chief Exceutive Officer contacted us and welcomed us shortly after arrival in the apartment and answered any questions we had. This was a welcome courtesy which established the management style for the next 9 weeks and prevailed throughout our stay. We booked a one bedroom apartment which was large and well appointed by New York standards although some of the furniture had seen better days. There were 4 large walk in closets which enabled adequte storage for our needs. The lounge dinig room was suitable for entertaining. The kitchen had all modern features with a small breakfast room and welcome view up 55th Street. The management had arranged for a fully stocked pantry which included breakfast requirements including fresh bread and milk and bowls of fresh fruit were also supplied. The cleaning staff were available to clean the apartment twice weekly by arrangement with management, and they did a very good job cleaning and stocking the personal toiletries which were appreciated. The internet service was top quality and worked without any problems. We would have liked a larger television and a better cable service but these were the only shortcomings. The lift worked well and high praise for the the doormen who were courteous, knowledgeable about local requirements. We would highly recommend this rental property.
