Description: Built in 2008 in the Honor and Tradition of Old New Orleans, "Bourbon Street Bar & Grille" is inspired by everything that makes the Crescent City and South Louisiana great. It is our hope that the unique culture of New Orleans is transplanted right here to our home on Restaurant Row in the middle of NYC. Friends and Family coming together in the midst of great drinks, great food, and great fun, is all we ever hoped for. Whether you would like to enjoy a delicious dinner before a Broadway Show, or if you want to Celebrate into the Morning, you may think you've actually landed in the middle of the French Quarters. We look forward to sharing our Southern Hospitality with you, and maybe even getting you to wear some beads too. So Come on down ya'll, and as always.......Let the Good Times Roll.

“Decent Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013

Popular restaurant for the after work crowd making for a busy place in early evening. Food and drinks were good. Would definitely go back on another trip to the city.

“Average food with not a lot of New Orleans”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013

We booked a reservation here for New Years Eve dinner. The website looked great and menu was attractive. The servers were great but surprisingly the food was not up to par. We both had the jumbalaya that was basically bland in flavor. Also, how can you have a New Orleans style restaurant that does not serve hot fresh beignets at all!!?? Really not what we expected.

“Fun place after a broadway show”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2013

Our server Jose was great. Red velvet martini tasty. Hurricane was alcohol on steroids. Calamari a bit soggy but still enjoyed. The DJ has a very unique personality and plays great song choices that has the whole plays singing. Fun fun fun.

“A little bit of Nawlins on 46th Street”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2013

My husband and I love Cajun food so we were happy to find the Bourbon Street Bar and Grill just a few blocks from our hotel on a recent trip to New York. We sat outside on the patio the first night we went and watched the folks go by as we ate Jambalaya and blackened catfish. The catfish was just right, not too spicy but spicy enough. It came with spinach in a light garlic sauce. I asked for red beans and rice instead of potatoes and was not disappointed. The portions are quite generous and the prices down to earth. We went back another night and enjoyed the same meal again because we really liked it. This time we sat inside because it was hot outside. The atmosphere is totally different--a real bar with lots of loud music and laughter. Everyone seemed to be having fun. We recommend it either way.

“Beautiful atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013

This bar (actually more than one -- big one downstairs, smaller one in back on first level and one outside upstairs) is beautiful -- gas lights, wrought-iron railings, lots of gleaming wood. The upstairs bar would be great on a not-so-hot day. Didn't eat here but Abita beer on tap was good and from the looks of many other patrons, so were the drinks of the day (bottomless hurricanes)
