We had a wonderful stay over the Memorial Day weekend! The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in until we checked out. We were upgraded from a standard room to a suite. The room and bathroom were quite spacious especially when you consider the typical size of hotel rooms in NYC. Our "do not disturb" sign was respected and housekeeping even called us to confirm that they had seen our sign and to let us know how late they would be available just in case we needed anything later on. The location is great, close enough to the action - just a short walk to Times Square, Central Park, and other attractions - but not so close that the noise kept us from sleeping. The comfy bed, pillows and blackout blinds also helped us get our beauty sleep. We took advantage of the continental breakfast everyday and we were so happy it was included. The croissants were the best and the coffee was better than what we had at a nearby cafe. Breakfast is served on the top floor and the view was a plus. The hotel decor is clean, minimalistic and pleasing to the eye. I really have nothing negative to say about the hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Morgans Hotel the next time I'm in NYC and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
