Need I say more. Everything in this hotel is made to make guests feel at home. It has everything that a large luxury hotel provides, without the anonimity of a big hotel. A definite A+

This w our first time visiting New York and we didn't really know what to expect. We were delighted by the city and the reception we received at Casablanca. From the front desk people to the doorman to the housekeeping people they really could not have been more plesant and helpful. The afternoon drinks and nibbles, all complimentary, were a refreshing change to what you normally get in the larger less personal hotels. Location was great and well suited our needs. All in all Casablanca ws a wonderful boutique hotel that we are happy to thoroughly recommend. It usually helps if you pat the tiger in the Level 2 lobby.

My husband and I spent a few days at the Casablanca Hotel in Times Square last week. We enjoyed it so much and the staff is so accommodating. The room was clean and well designed. It was in walking distance to so many wonderful Broadway Theatres and other attractions. Times Square comes alive at 11pm and then you turn the corner and arrive at the beautiful Casablanca Hotel. We had a wonderful time...

Service, hotel room and location in the very best. The Staff had a bottle of wine and a birthday card waiting for me on arrival. The Staff makes you feel at home. I love staying at the Casablanca Hotel.....

This is one of the best, friendliest hotel I have every stayed in. From booking on line everything was perfect. The setting is great. A "sanctuary" in the centre of the hustle and bussel of New York City.

The facilities were first rate, very clean and comfortable. We loved the staff remembering our names and a wine and cheese evening each evening was a great way to warm up before going out in the evening.

I cannot reccoment highly enough.

Room Tip: Just talk to the reception staff.

This is an excellent hotel. Although it is so near to Times Square, the Casablanca is an Oasis in the midst of a bustling city. The staff were nothing but charming and pleasant, they could not do enough for us. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus as too was the complimentary cheese and wine of an evening. Free Wi-fi was available, as too was the use of a computer and our room had a ethernet cable for a laptop. We stayed in a King room on the 5th floor which provided ample room for the two of us, was quiet, air conditioned and a home from home. We can't understand how anyone could not like this hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel spoilt and to feel like a star! If we could we would give this a million stars. Thank you to all the hard working staff who make this hotel number one in our book! We are saving for our next trip to NYC and we will be booking this hotel again. Many thanks!

Room Tip: Book early and book for a Queen or King room!

Stayed here for two nights prior to taking a cruise and once again it was booked based on trip advisor reviews. The first thing I notice about this hotel was that it reminded me of another hotel we booked thanks to trip advisor, that was the top rated Al ponte moncenego in Venice.
So moan out of the way first, our room was small for two adults and a child and it was dark with shuttered windows.
This hotel like so many others is all about the people and their ability to make guests feel comfortable, the staff here also make you feel like you are coming home and that they know you in some way,
There are a couple of little things that happened during our stay,One day we had a 20 minute conversation with Elizabeth at reception about our trip, and on another our daughters watch needed repair, all I did was ask Vinny if he could reccomend a repairer. within 30 mins it was fixed, now the importance of these two little things is that this is New York. !! not a local village where people pass the time of day.
As so many other reviews have said, great location, great staff, great breakfast and coffee/cookies all day.
They also arranged transport to the cruise port for us which was very comfortable on the way out, unfortunatly the driver did not turn up on the way back because hurricane Irene was due to hit the following day and New Yorkers are suppossed to be tough guys !!
Anyway it did not affect our trip or our memories of the Casablanca, Thank You.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking west 43rd
