“Feel the luxury”

I stayed there for six days very nice hotel I can't say more.
I wish it was near to the time square and other activities.
The central park view from the 44th floor is amazing.
Hotel room services and front disk are pro.

Great hotel. Fantastic location. Service was very helpful. Enjoyed the gym and spa. One of the best hotel that I stayed in NY. Stayed there just before the hurricane sandy. Best hotel with NY Palace that I stayed in NY.

Outstanding.
It is in difficult times that the best stand out.
Everyone at the Four Seasons NY did an excellent job to minimize the side effects of Sandy.
We were overwhelmed on their proactive planning.

Staff inconvienced and vocal about not receiving enough tipping....out of character for property of this magnitude. For someone who enjoys tipping for good service, I don't believe in tipping for presence only.

Ritz Carlton, Central Park, much better option. Little more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for.

This is a Four Seasons property that doesn't quite live up to the brand standard.

We were due to stay in Soho immediately after hurricane Sandy, but the whole of downtown lost power. Luckily Four Seasons had power. Man, this place has good customer service. Despite the fact they were on a back foot because of the weather they really made us feel at home. $1k a night is expensive, but I noticed the difference when I went back to a $500 a night hotel.

The hotel rooms are old and outdate - making this probably the worst Four Seasons of any major city. The rooms are poorly designed and just need a major refresh. The room is really no frills and the hotel is a classic nickel and dime place. This just pales in comparison to the Jumeirah, Mandarin, St. Regis, Pierre, Trump, Loews and most other hotels in the place.

The service is also subpar and frankly borderline rude. Very slow to respond, not helpful.

I'd urge you to avoid this property and stay in any of a number of other top NY hotels for perhaps even a better price. This one just fails to make the cut on service and location.

This is simply my favorite hotel in NYC. The property is new, well maintained, luxurious. The service is top notch, and every need of yours in anticipated before it's expressed. The venue is perfect for midtown shopping or dining, and close to Central Park. There isn't a better luxury hotel in NYC
