“OK, Less than I expected.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

This once icon of NYC is quickly showing its age. The tours are still interesting but I suppose the results of the work done withing the building doesn't give me much use for it.

“Glad I went but once was enough.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

We only went in the areas that were free of charge. Interesting but if limited on time do the big ones like statue of liberty, Empire State...

“UN Headquarters”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2013

This "proud-of-itself" building towering in well-known perspective, is famous for
many aspects including being a milestone for skyscrappers engineering.
It's nice from outside and not bad inside, though it's not wise to spend time
to expect getting an autograph of, say, US representative.
But the fleur of unsolved world problems and an ghost of avalanhce of new coming
creates an atmosphere of uncertainty for those sensitive, especially in nowdays
troubled times.

“Who doesn't love the UN”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

Its worth taking atour of the UN just to stay connected to Global Issues. Also if you want to step off US soil for an hourwithout boarding a plan, the UN building is great. :)

“Excellent Guided Tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013

You can enter the building for free, but cannot see much. So you should take a one-hour guided tour for $16. It's available in some different languages, but not frequent but the English tour. My guide was a Ukrainian speaking English clearly. She mentioned UN activities as well as the buildings and systems. The tour was very informative and highly recommended.
