Food was exceptional
Service very good
Prices reasonable
Lovely wooded location. We took a drive around the property after eating and saw the lodging facilities, lake and waterfall.
A must for future trips to Hendersonville area.

“Wonderful Dinner!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2014

We spent close to 2 hours for a dinner before going to Flat Rock Playhouse, and it was all wonderful! The setting, the scenery, the service, the music (excellent guitar that was a contributor to the great experience as opposed to a detraction)... The food was something to remember - unique, wonderful presentation, and savory....

We are so delighted that your dining experience with us was such a pleasant one! Only ten minutes from the Flat Rock Playhouse, we are the perfect spot for dinner before heading to see a play. And with live music on weekends, it makes a special evening even more memorable. We hope to see you again very soon!

“Charming, delicious, and accommodating”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2014

My teenage daughter and I walked in without a reservation on a busy evening with the pre-theater crowd. The staff could not have been nicer! They took us up on our offer of dining in the bar area, verified with the kitchen that they could get us out in time for the show, and brought us a fabulous meal of fresh fish creatively prepared. The waiter was so attentive that it was almost like having a private dining room. Highly recommended!

“Excellence in every way!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2014

Having dined at Season's at Highland Lake Inn on several occasions over ten or more years, we are never disappointed! Exceptionally creative cuisine, a fine and friendly staff, a world class wine selection, and a wonderful woodland setting. We enjoyed fresh salads, nicely seared scallops with PEI mussels, and a beautifully prepared, roasted pork tenderloin. Our recommended wine, a crisp Sauvignon blanc from New Zealand, was a real summer treat. Season's is to be congratulated for locally sourcing so many of its fine, fresh ingredients, including meats, eggs, produce, fruits, and cheese! Well worth the 30-minute trip from Asheville, if you are in the area. Save time to stroll the Inn's property and sit by the lake.

“Quiet restaurant setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2014

I love this place. It's like you've discovered this little gem off the beaten path. It's tucked inside the resort "compound". We are locals and didn't know about it until someone gave us a gift certificate to eat there. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were VERY pleasantly surprised. All of us got something different and were happy with our selections. The setting is lovely, and the food was great. We will definitely be going back!

How fabulous that you discovered Season's through one of our gift certificates! While we are not in the heart of Hendersonville, we are located less than ten minutes from town, and yet feel a world away with our beautiful grounds and refined dining! Now that you have discovered us, we hope to see you often!
