“Breakfast buffet”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2013

The breakfast buffet was very fresh. The oatmeal had fresh fruit and was served hot, the eggs were also warm. Each day switched between pancakes, french toast, and waffles. A lot to choose from between chessy grits, fresh fruit, cereal, sausage, bacon, and more. Excellent value with friendly servers! Can't wait to return!

We love it when a Trip Advisor review is titled, "Perfect!" Our goal is to delight our guests in every way and it seems that we did just that for you! Our Executive Chef, Michelle Bailey, has created a nuanced menu that balances beauty and flavor and our staff is well versed in both the wine list and menu offerings. For that sweet finish, our Pastry Chef, Stephen Spence, has developed a dessert menu that makes it hard to choose! Thank you for your kind words and we hope to see you again very soon!

“Breakfast was delicious and fresh.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2013

Nice big windows, great food and prepared fresh. Quaint and relaxed setting. The server was very friendly and kept our coffee cups filled with hot, fresh coffee. So much better than a chain restaurant.

We are glad that you enjoyed Season's New Year's Eve Celebration last year. We hope that you will join us again for our upcoming one. There is still room available for reservations and the Bruce Lang Trio will be playing live music in anticipation for 2014.

We appreciate you took the time to give us a review from almost a year ago...that's what we strive for...creating memories!

“Disappointment for Thanksgiving Day”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2013

My wife and I had reservations for Thanksgiving Day and we arrived at the restaurant about 15 minutes ahead of our reservation. The hostess advised us upon checking in, that we could be seated at our table, if the table was ready. We maintained our place in line and waited to be seated. Everyone else in the lobby was taken to be seated at their respective tables, but we were left standing at the front of the line. When I checked the current time on my cell phone, I noticed that it was past our reserved time to be there. We were then told by the host that we could walk to the adjacent building for coffee while we were waiting to be seated at our table. My wife overheard the hostess advise the host that they had given our table away. We declined to go next door to wait for our table to become available. We continued to be subjected to delays until we were finally seated. When you have made reservations for a specific time, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. This review won't hurt your business, but we won't be returning to your restaurant again, and that will hurt your business.

We owe you two apologies...one for a late response to your concerns and the other regarding your recent experience with us. We are sorry that your Thanksgiving was a disappointment for you. Thanksgiving is one of the busiest days of the year for us and we try our best to coordinate guest flow. We apologize that you had to wait past your reservation time and hope that you will reconsider and visit us again.
