“Excellent example of Average”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013 via mobile

My wife and I stayed here and found it to be a great example of an average hotel. The beds were nice, the AC worked, the room was clean and quiet but the price was a bit more than expected and the breakfast had several food items missing and no one was around to restock things. It wasn't good enough to rave about, nor was it bad enough to warn about.

We stayed here on an overnight visit to Capital Reef Park. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! The room was very clean and in good condition, as were the lobby and breakfast areas. The breakfast was good and a nice bonus. Would have loved to have seen some fruit or yogurt in the mix though. THe pool area needs some work. THe windows have to stay open due to damage from the moisture from the pool so even though it's warm water the room is cold! (at least when it's cold outside). Didn't stop the kids from swimming but it wasn't the most comfortable room to sit in if you were just watching. The staff was very friendly. All in all we were happy with our stay and thought the price was excellent.

This hotel is on the far edge of town so it is nicely located going to or from the national parks in southern Utah. Depending on where your room is located would mean whether you pick up wi-fi in your room or not. I finally sat up on the second floor sitting room over looking the lobby and got fine reception. The rooms were big and roomy. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was decent fare.

This Days Inn had pillow top beds, clean rooms, and friendly, helpful front desk staff with a convenient location to the national park. The hot breakfast had a large assortment-oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, cereals, waffles and breads, danish, teas, and more. Would definitely stay again.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

The room we got on the second floor had plenty of space and was very clean. We had two queens and still space to move around. There was fridge and microwave coffee and tea making were all good. The bathroom was fresh and plenty of towels etc. The cable TV worked well with high quality signal and good wifi. The view from the second floor back was really nice. There was a reasonble choice for breakfast, but they need to get more than one waffle maker, we gave up waiting while the woman in front made about 8 for her family! Selfish git. The staff were helpfull enough, but not overly enthuseastic.
