“I am obsessed with this place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2012

The food is so amazing, but the boulangerie is the thing I love most. This morning had a latte and a croissant which is the best I've had outside of France (and I live in NYC, and I try a lot of croissants).

“Just Say "Oui" to PB Boulangerie Bistro”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2012

If you haven't yet visited PB Boulangerie, you are in for a gourmet foodie treat! This little bistro makes you want to order in French just for the fun of it. The shelves are packed with boules and baguettes and pain de compagne and a dozen other kinds of breads. They make a lovely cheese bread and one with lots of chocolate in it...the cases in front of the staff are jammed with napoleons, madeleines, tarte au poir, eclairs, macaroons, and other delicacies. There are bombes aux chocolates, quiches Lorraine, soups, cheeses, and all sorts of other take out items. You'll want one of each. On my last visit I took time for a cup of Earl Grey tea with pain au sucre. I was in heaven.

Next door is the bistro where dinner and lunch are served...and the menu is over the top. I'm soon going to try this place for dinner. You'll find indoor and outdoor seating. Every time I've been here, the line for service stretches out the door and it's really worth the wait. Ooh La-La!

“Finally a real bistro on Cape Cod”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 29, 2012

We found this excellent eatery while on an off season drive to find places to recommend to our Inn guests and we will highly recommend it. The lunch we shared from the prepared foods offered was amaizing. We will be making reservations for a future dinner soon and a review of the restaurant will follow.

“A Whole Lotta Love!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2012

This wonderful French bistro in the wilds of outer Cape Cod just re-opened for the season, and last night the place was packed with grateful patrons. From the second we entered the restaurant to to minute we left, this was an exceptional experience. The service is first rate--personal and attentive. And the food, well, love at first bite. We shared a perfectly seared fois gras appetizer that was rich and sweet and savory. My entree was a creamy risotto; my wife had a grilled chicken with what she described as the lightest mashed potatoes. Dessert was a trio of little crepe purses filled with pears and cream and floating in a sweet caramel glaze. So very good!

“The best French cuisine in all of the world.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2012

The service is extremely good and the food and selection is as good as you can find in this country. Somewhat hidden on the Rt 6 in S.Wellfleet (on the Cape) ,
this is a unique find. Reservations are required and frankly, needed. You must try the Vacherin Fondue and the Risotto with Jerusalem artichokes. Misty will be your server !! BB is just two years of age....destined for at least 50 years of service to Cape Cod.
