may wife and i stayed at this B & B on the 22nd dec for 7 nights, differant it was ok but a bit pricey for what it was,we stayed in the diamond suite its a very dark room because of blinds that can not open so no natural light in the bed room,we did enjoy our stay and had no problems and mary the house keeper was great really helpful.it says the house is full of antiques and the owner told us more than once that we could buy anything as all the pieces were for sale but it looked more like a car boot with a lot of tat rather than a little antique shop,it would benifit from a clear out.the owners are a nice couple and if it was cheaper we would go back but i think there are other places to stay in the area that are just as good and not as much the area is great and will be going back.

I stayed at Casa Coquina for three nights in late November. I was extremely impressed. The place is different and very unique, every time I looked around I saw something interesting and unique, I enjoyed just walking around the B&B looking at all the items.

The innkeeper was very friendly and helpfully, she made a delicious breakfast each morning and one afternoon had made some choc-chip cookies.

I stayed in the Emerald room; it was a spacious room, with a very comfortable bed.

The B&B itself was clean and tidy; I used the internet connection and the desktop computer with no hassle. There is a great massage chair in the study/library, good size deck with view to the cape and a very interesting bar area.

I spoke to the female owner twice on the phone; both times she was friendly and helpful. The male owner came over one morning and was nice and welcoming.

I would highly recommend staying the Casa Coquina if you want a comfortable, great value stay in somewhere a little different to the usual plain hotel room. I would not hesitate to stay at the Coquina again.

The decor was really different for a B&B, something like a flea market and antique shop; I found it of considerable interest. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, there was a computer in the library we could use to check emails, and there was complimentary wine. The innkeeper was really nice, but it was the the attitude of the owner, that set a sour note. The innkeeper asked if we wanted anything special for breakfast. The next morning, the various members of our party got an earfull from the owner saying how she can't be going out shopping etc. My "specal request"....instant oatmeal, caffeine free tea, whole grain toast. I ended up bringing my own food to breafast.

This is a B&B that will leave a lasting impression on you. It is decorated in a funky fashion with all of the antiques available for sale if you wish. Linda, the owner is very hospitable and you are made straight away to feel at home. We were staying during one of the shuttle launches and thought we had a rather good deal for views as amazing as this.
The complimentary Internet use, wine, beer and popcorn was unexpected and well received.
Each of the rooms are different and unique and all have a sitting area as well as very comfortable beds. There is also a huge balcony that looks out over the shuttle pads.

I booked the entire B&B for my wedding over the weekend. My ceremony was held on site. I live on the other coast of florida and did much of the planning by phone. I fell in love with the pictures of the B&B that were posted on line and description of the ammenities. The owners, who over the phone were polite and accomidating completely changed thier tune once me and my guests checked in. They were rude to my family who stayed at the B&B for the wedding and even worse with my wedding guests. They spend the majority of the time that we had contact with them correcting what we were doing and telling us all the myraid of things that were against the rules. My husband I were so embarrased. My parents, who are very quiet and reserved and probably quite a bit older than the owners were even harassed by them. They advertise that you can have fun there but, we spent more time making sure that we were not too loud or making a mess to get chastised for. Our families and guests still two years later joke about how uncompromising and rude these individuals were. If you want to enjoy yourself, don't go here. IT WAS AWFUL
