“DON'T BOOK HERE”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

This was the worst hotel experience ever. I have never come across a ruder hotel attendant than the one who worked the first night we came in, her name was Mayra. We booked the hotel through priceline and arrived at 1:00 AM, when we get there to check in we find out there is an additional charge for parking, $10 per day and an additional security deposit that we did not know about. I asked to speak to the manager about it and she said she's not here but we were welcome to go ahead and cancel and find somewhere else to stay if we weren't willing to pay the additional fees. As it's one in the morning and we had no desire to go through the hassle of finding a new place we went ahead and paid it. She gives us the room keys, we walk across the poorly lit parking lot to our room, open the door to find a room completely trashed that smells unbelievably bad. The beds were unmade, there's trash and used towels all over the room. I walk back across the complex to the lobby and up to the counter and ask her if she can please give us a room that's not trashed and that has been cleaned. Instead of apologizing she immediately says "Well, it's not like I gave you that room on purpose!"
Unbelievable .... rooms were musty, area was run down, the pictures look way better than it actually is. Be prepared for a lot of homeless people, strip joints and traffic noise right outside your door step. And if someone named Mayra is checking you in just ask for someone else and avoid the hassle.

I stayed here with a friend on a quick decision to go to a concert at the venue located across the street. I am so glad I chose this hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel room was very clean, comfortable beds and there is a restaurant/bar located in the vicinity. It was easy to find and using TripAdvisor i was able to find an extremely affordable rate. I will be staying here again.

We were put in a handicap room and it wasn't very comfortable without the couch. The only seating was on the bed or the floor. And, the wifi didn't work in our room at all. But, when we walk ed out the door to outside, it worked just fine. That would have be great if we were staying outside, but we weren't. When I called the front desk to ask about the wifi, they just told me to call the technical #.

We stayed here for two nights in sept 2014 whilst on a touring holiday. Hotel nice and clean but just your usual standard fare of motels that you get in America. Pool area a bit shabby with no bar around it ect and grounds grey and boring but nice place for few nights kip. Don't use the restaurant which is connected to the hotel its expensive, go out of the back of the hotel and there is a place called buffalo wings which has nice food sports screens and nice open air garden at the back. Also on same street there a few other eateries ect. Overall a nice stay for short term.

Room Tip: all rooms seemed the same.
