We got married in June and, Lindsay made us feel like royalty when we booked our wedding and, when we hit a snag on the week of our wedding. Beth was amazing but, no one told us there was turnover and we had no communication for a month. We had specified an allergy I (the bride) have and made it clear to both Beth and the new event coordinator and somehow, there was still an issue with this the day of the wedding. Again, Lindsay saved the day by coming to see me and really made me feel special on my wedding day. The Bahia itself (hotel reservations) did not treat my guests the right way, overcharging them if they indicated they were with our wedding and, in spite of contacting management this was not remedied. It was an up and down experience but the wedding ended up beautiful and the good was great!
