“Served its purpose-just about!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2013 via mobile

Suggested by our Riviera Holidays Tour manager. Completely unmemorable experience which had the one virtue of convenience. Not recommended!

“Good food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2013

When you find a crowded restaurant you know it's going to be good and so it turned out to be. Food devliery time was a little slow but it was packed so somewhat expected. It was worth the wait though.

“Good lunch, poor service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2013

Petrini's for lunch, in Little Italy, just around the corner of our hotel. They served half portions too and the food quality is really good. The service was slow and poor though. When asking something, the response was that it was only his second day of work there, so he did not know. He could have considered asking his colleague....... But once we tasted the food, we no longer cared about the stressed 'new' (middle aged) waiter). Just hope for Petrini's that his career there was very short.

“Breakfast in San Diego”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

Had a weekend in San Diego and stopped for breakfast on the way to the train station.
The food was very good. We had two salmon dishes.

The waiter had an issue (not us) Barely got my coffee(had to ask for a refill) and the food was served on the run.
The restaurant was not busy, maybe 3 other tables being served by another waiter.

“Third visit, still thrilled.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2013

Bright, clean décor, big windows.

Appetizer medley of bruschetta, capesi, and caponata--ahhh!

Minestrone soup--they avoid the common problem of excess salt.

Cannelloni to die for...and the simple pleasure of meatballs, meat sauce over ziti had Mrs. Reviewer sighing with pleasure.

We'll be back again!
