Had requested a quiet room, which had been acknowledged, but instead we were offered the 2 noisiest rooms in the hotel, either over the bar or an interconnecting room on level 2. We slept really badly, the walls are so thin that we could hear full conversations next door and full movement above. Overall the staff were fantastic, especially Jackie in Concierge, but the manager on charge didn't really seem to care......merely offered to move us back to the noisier room! Dinner in JRDN was good but expensive, breakfast took an hour. Think could be a great hotel if they sound proof the rooms, but wasn't impressed for the price.
