“Was recommended to us by receptionist at our hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2013

We asked at our hotel reception where to go for a late lunch on christmas eve and she recommended Cafe Coyote. We found found the place with ease in Old Town.
We had a table outside and was seen to straight away by our waiter, I had the spicy salsa sampler for starters, (need a fireproof mouth for this one). main course I had the chicken enchiladas, food was very very good. also had a pitcher of margarita and they don't hold back on the tequila.
True taste of Mexican cuisine.

“When in Old Town don't miss this one for Mexican food.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013

Our innkeeper told us it was the best and she was right. Great service, food and margaritas. The others may be good too but this is a definite hit on my Mexican food list.

“Really great Mexican food”

It's a really cool place with a big patio in the middle of Old Town. The food was excellent, the service was great and it was very affordable! Would highly recommend!

“Great mexican food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

We ate on the outdoor patio. It was a tight fit, and lively, but still reasonable. We started with fresh, hot tortillas which were amazing! A little butter is all you need. We were there for Taco Tuesday, so we then ordered a variety of different tacos - all of which were excellent. The prices were really good too.

We arrived at a good time, it was crowded, but we didn't have to wait for our table. However, because the servers were busy we ordered a margarita before we ordered our food, and had to track down our waiter to remind him that we were still waiting for it after we finished eating. Otherwise the staff was all very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. We certainly didn't feel rushed.
