“Great Steaks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

This restaurant has a great location at the entrance to the Gas Lamp District. The service was great. The steaks were cooked perfectly as each person had ordered and were tender and delicious.

Beautiful restaurant with big booths, dark wood and great service. Quality steaks and seafood in the heart of Gaslamp District.

“TOO good...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013

The service is excellent and the food is phenomenal. Its not cheap but it is really good. Save room for dessert because they serve a really good HUGE slice of cheesecake.

“Attention to the price of the day specials”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

In a recent visit, the waiter offered to me the special catch of the day without mentioning the price.
In the bill, I had the surprise to learn that the price of this dish was splitted in two different items (Salmon special D $29 and Oscar Special (?) $16) for a total of $45, when the average price of main fish courses was under $30.
I complained the way of billing the main course (in two different items) and the fact that I was not prevented of its price out of scale. Finally, they accepted to deduct from the bill the "item" Oscar Special.

The quality of food and presentation was OK
