We just spent several days in San Diego at the Omni. Right next door is a great little seafood restaurant called the Tin Fish. We went in around 3:00 in the afternoon and I ordered the shrimp and calimari combo. It was delicious, hot, and a lot of food. Service was fast and courteous. We ate in the bar and had the best margauritas I have ever tasted. The bar opens late in the day and stays open until all the customers leave. Great place, not fancy, and it has outdoor seating for nice days. Very close to convention center and Gaslamp quarter.
