“Wonderful food - but crowded and noisy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

I really like the selection of vegetarian entrees here, but it helps to eat a little earlier or a little later than usual to avoid the noise. It can get crowded. Asking for a booth helps some. The service is attentive but not intrusive.

“Really good Chinese food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2013

No matter what day of the year I come to this restaurant, I have a great experience. Their food is amazing, and the service is even better. I haven't had a bad server, hostess, dish, anything from PF Chang's. They also have a membership you can sign up for and put in your anniversary and birthday on so you can get special deals on those dates as well as any other day you go in. It's well worth the wait when there is one.

“Salty American style Chinese”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

San Diego has so many truly authentic Asian places to eat if you continue on this same road heading east, so why stop here? The atmosphere is good for socializing and the neighborhood is safer than Mira Mesa or convoy street, but the food is very Americanized and not Chinese. I could not eat anything ordered, it was too salty, too westernized to eat. The positive side of being westernized, it was clean with nice bathrooms n valet.

“Love the food, but always a noisy atmosphere.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2013 via mobile

If you know PF Chang's, you know what to expect. Pretty good food. Service at this location was great. Just a tightly packed, noisy dining area. Love the dumplings though, so it was a good experience. It usually is. This is a fairly consistent, well run chain.

“Tough Mongolian beef again plus noisy environment”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

For the 2nd time I ordered Mongolian beef, I received fatty Mongolian beef when I specifically asked both times that they check the meat to be sure it didn't have large strands of fat running through it. I had to send my meal back both times until they got it right. As a result, I don't plan to return to PF Changs. It is a popular tourist place. They have lost the patronage of this local person and I have shared my experience with many other friends.
