I went for a late burger (9 pm) anticipating a quiet, maybe half empty restaurant. Boy was I wrong. Managed to get the last table open and service came immediately. They were offering a $5 schooner of their homemade Bare Back amber beer -- delicious! And then came the burger -- an awesome, perfectly cooked concoction with fresh avocado, huge tomato slices, lettuce, pickle and BBQ sauce. I passed on red onion and aioli sauce, since I'm a BBQ sauce only guy. The only change I would make is to double the quantity of homemade potato chips offered complimentary on the side. Nevertheless, it was a great experience! Add in a funky atmosphere, lots of locals and attentive staff....this place is among the best of its kind.
I can't wait to go back.
