We stayed there for two nights for a work conference at the Sheraton across the street.
The hotel is clean and has well decorated rooms. Beds were comfortable. We got one of the larger rooms at the hotel, but it was right next to the street so there was some traffic noise at night. Free wireless internet in the rooms, and a coffee maker.
Staff was excellent, very accomodating since we had to check out but allowed us to leave our car in the lot for a few hours.
It is a short walk to the gaslamp quarter and shopping mall. Be prepared, because it is uphill back to the hotel, but not too bad.
The breakfast was meager, expect some cereal and a few scrambled eggs. There is only one table inside the lobby, so you have to bring it back to your room to eat.
I would definitely stay there again.
