“Long wait, but delicious food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2013

We came on a Sunday morning and waited the full hour and a half that they quoted us. We were tempted to leave on a few occasions, but we stuck it out. The wait was well worth it. All of us loved our food. We especially loved the OMG French Toast. The burrito is HUGE, definitely big enough to split between two people. We'll be back to try more, especially the cocktails.

“came on a Tuesday and was busy but not crowded”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2013

My group read mostly positive reviews about this place and when we arrived it was packed but we only waited about 10 minutes. The food is ok and nothing to rave about, but the menu is somewhat creative to lure the hipsters. As for service, most of the servers were pretty friendly, but one individual made a comment that wasn't really necessary. I believe the lady's response was, "For you? Anything." Exactly, eh? As for pricing, not expensive at all but just be aware of the parking situation around this area. We ended up getting a parking ticket after being 2 minutes pass the time...not the restaurant's fault of course.

“Long lines do not mean great food.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2013

This place was packed, even on a non-holiday Monday, but nothing on the menu tempted us to wait the 40 minutes to an hour quoted by the host. We went to the Kensington Cafe and had a lovely brunch.

“Wow...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2013

This was a great place to have breakfast. We have one in Boulder but frankly it is too crowded to even try to get a table. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to San Diego to visit family and learned that I could actually get a seat in this location. The food was terrific and I would go back in a heartbeat.

“Trendy Breakfast hotspot”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2013

I found the reviews for this restaurant on Yelp. It is aound the University Village, very trendy and very good food as well. There was a long wait due to the popularity, but it was worth it. The servings were more than enough, and the house mango jelly was a delight. Definitely recommendable.
