If you like sitting back and letting someone else do all the work, this isn't the place for you. However, if you don't mind doing a little work and getting a little hot, try this restaurant out for a unique experience you won't soon forget. After you order the server brings you your raw meat, garlic bread a pair of tongs and points you toward one of 3 grills. There you cook, season, flip to your hearts content. There is a guide posted for how long to cook the meat of your choice depending on how well you like your steak, but I don't think anyone follows it. I ordered the ahi tuna, seared it for approx 4 minutes and it was almost perfect (the middle could have used another 30-60 seconds. Overall, not the best meal I've ever had, but it was such a cool experience who cares!
