It was the best hotel we stayed at in Topeka. It was clean, the rooms have comfortable beds and flat screen tv's. The manager was great !!! He was fast and he found just the kind of room I was looking for. Thanks Rick !!!!!! We will be back!

A friend and I stayed at this hotel for the NHRA races. The location is central to most everything and there are restaurants and gas stations very close. The rooms are clean and the staff was very helpful. The only item I would speak of is the condition of the bathrom ceiling with some peeling paint. It needed to be redone, but other than that I can't say anything negative about the hotel. If you are looking for a safe clean location, I would recommend this hotel.

Obviously an old hotel where I stayed in 1989 under another name. Furniture in room was very old, but a flat screen TV of brand I have never heard. Half Pot of coffee left from previous renter. Light by bed did not work and new bulb did not help. Coffee in breakfast room was awful, and I tolerate coffee very easily. Also had a barking dog in the breakfast room. Not a real pleasant experience in a very old unit.

While recently traveling from Atlanta to Colorado we hit a patch if bad weather and needed a place to stay. We found this hotel using trip advisor and after having a good experience with Choice Hotels in the past decided to stay here. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly.
It is obvious that this hotel is older and while they did a lot to keep it up to date, it still showed plenty signs of age. The beds while having add on pillow tops where rather uncomfortable and what you cone to expect from cheaper hotels. The breakfast was very nice and the self serve waffle maker was an unexpected treat.
My only real complaint was that after a storm with plenty of snow and ice they did nothing to the parking lot. No salt or anything which made getting out a bit of a challenge.
