“A Ton of Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2012

Have been here multiple times, and it is always good. It may not be 100% "authentic" but is more so than many places in town. There is food for everyone! Chinese buffet, Mongolian Grille, Salad Bar, Fruit Bar, Dessert Bar, Sushi Bar, you can never go wrong!

“Tons of food.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

This place has a HUGE selection of food. If you can't find it here there is something wrong with you. They will grill whatever you want while your standing there. They also have a dessert bar.

“Mr. High-five!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

The front desk agent at our hotel recommended this restaurant. From the outside we thought it was a strip mall hole in the wall. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and huge buffet selection. The sushi rolls were delicious, the fruit was extremely fresh and dessert was delicious. Our waitress, Yolanda, was very nice. We left very happy customers and would return when in town again.

“Where's the Butter?”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2012

We have been at this establishment many times, but it had been months since our last visit. They had added small crab legs to the buffet. Looked good but NO garlic butter to dip the meat in.
When we asked the waitress she responded that they didn't provide the dipping butter. Noticed in our next two trips to the buffet that the crab legs didn't move. Our guess is most everyone else wanted melted garlic butter too.
Finally inquired with the floor manager. He responded that they don't provide garlic butter. He seemed to know what we wanted it was just they don't provide it.
We then mentioned that we usually write reviews of our dining experience and that we noticed the crab legs were not moving and wondered if the lack of providing the melted butter was on purpose to keep the cost down (knowing they wouldn't move without the butter) or an oversite. The manager responded by stating that he could have his staff get us some butter. He did. The crab legs were very good.
So .... if you want butter for your crab legs ask for a manager and hopefully you will get the responce we did (in the end). .
Much of the fruit was tasteless on this visit.
We are disappointed that this establishment seems to no longer serve Coconut Shrimp. In the past it was very good and one reason we enjoyed eating there.
The Sushi bar was very good.
We have noticed over the summer that they are not good at keeping the dining area cool enough to really be comfortable. Three of our last visits we felt it was just to hot.
Overall the establishment is not as good as it was when it first opened. However for Topeka it is a good eating establishment.
