“Best Burgers in T-town!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 5, 2012

I was so impressed with my recent trip to the burger stand. I ordered the Greek burger. Feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, olive tapenade, and local greens top a made to order patty, and a butter toasted bun rounds out this creation of magnificence. Not only are the burgers delicious, but to pair them with truffle fries is a must! The staff is super friendly, super helpful, and always greet you with a smile. I will definitely be going back to try a few different menu items and to enjoy a hip and welcoming environment.

“Great food, fun place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

Excellent food. Very creative, unique burgers and other items. Always a great selection of beer on tap and in bottles. Friendly staff. A bit pricey, but worth it for the high quality.

“Unique & Yummy Burgers & Fries!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012 via mobile

I have eaten at this Place several times. The menu is varied, with items I haven't found in other Topeka restaurants. I especially love the Greek Burger...& the beer battered, freshly made, onion rings.

“An "original" kind of burger place.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2012

I cannot stress enough how pathetic of a town Topeka is for food. The locals who don't travel much will argue and say I'm wrong, but if you've ever been to a city with actual culture, you know that most food in Topeka is very commercial. A good steak is not one from Longhorn. I'm getting off track. However, this place is a hidden gym. It's right off the Washburn campus. The burgers are grass fed and juicy as it gets. The place uses exotic flavors and recipes to make their burgers stand out. I've been to a lot of great burger places around the country and this is one of them. Definitely try out the duck fat french fries as well! The staff is really friendly. Not to mention they have pool and ping pong tables in the back. The bar is very sufficient and you will definitely find a beer or drink of your liking.

“Ok burger, more about the toppings than the meat...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2012

Stopped in here while in town on business as I was in the mood for a good burger. The menu looked promising but the fry options were what tempted me. Luckily I arrived before the lunch rush and was able to order and find a seat at the bar fairly quickly. I opted for the Kobe burger with truffle fries; and while both were decent, neither were outstanding. As I said in the title, the burger seemed to be more about what was on it, rather than the meat itself. To me a burger should be able to stand up by itself (especially a Kobe burger) without any condiments. Along the same vein the fries were just so-so. Nothing spectacular. To be honest I find the truffle fad to be a little over the top, but hey, if it floats your boat. All-in-all it was ok, but I don't know that I'd go back next time I'm in Topeka.
