“Very good place to stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2013

Had only two nights in Boston and Club Quarters is within walking distance of most things that you would want to see. We were easily able to get to Quincy Market and little Italy, and the area is well served by subway and bus.
The hotel is quiet, comfortable, well appointed and very clean. Each floor has a purified water filling station, and a guest locker where you can help yourself to additional pillows, blankets, tea coffee etc. Staff are friendly and helpful, and we will happily stay in a Club Quarters facility again.

Housekeeping and front desk (evening and daytime) were terrific during our stay, September 17 - 20. The room was comfortable, rates were reasonable, location perfect for walking around city. We've stayed before at this CQ property, always with complete satisfaction, but this was the best. Highly recommend consideration for any Boston visitors looking for a good resource.

Room Tip: We understand second floor is noisy, so request 3rd floor up.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - in Financial district but easy walking to most tourist areas. Fantail district at night is superb. Walk round area before choosing where to eat as loads to choose from. Took trolley bus tour of town - had harbour cruise - all good value. Hotel staff excellent - free iced water on every floor - free coffee/snacks/free Wi-Fi. Bar/restaurant next door - Elephant & Castle - lovely breakfasts - evening time it was buzzing. Would definitely stay again.

Room had everything I needed - like a 4 star hotel, hotel is very central, staff was very kind, the room was clean, the hotel has an agreement with a close by, good priced parking. It's a bit in a dark street of the financial district - on the way home at around midnight I was the time by an aggressive young man - I kept walking and replied the time. He got first aggressive but didn't follow me. That was unpleasant.

This hotel had a great ambiance. There is no need to rent a car, saved me $$, that always makes the experience ten times more pleasant. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The Guest Service Manager, Matt Whormes did his job. He always kept a smile on and was courteous even though at one point during my visit I was not. The room was nice and the night lights were spectacular. I would definitely come back and stay for another weekend.

The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. Amazing service and instant help is provided.
The help desk is also really helpful. I had my issues addressed instantly.
I stayed in a room with a kitchenette, it was spacious and a great stay.
