“Great start to our travel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

Stayed at Courtyard Marriott one night for their Park, Stay and Fly program. Overall this was an excellent experience with great proximity to Logan and easy highway access. We were greeted warmly at reception and throughout our one night stay by all staff members. The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate in the dining room and enjoyed wonderful cocktails and nicely prepared dinners. My salmon was cooked to perfection. The shuttle serfvice was prompt and courteous and on our return our pick up arrived within a short time of our phone call. We will stay again.

Stayed on 3/1/13 for a trip going out of Logan we purchased the park & fly package, leave your car for 7 nights, paid $262, little pricey,The rooms are very lovely, new & updated with down comforters, beds very comfy, clean & decorated very nice. However the restaurant called Brinkleys located in the hotel. was very disappointed, generally we always has a very nice meal here, hey going on v-k ! we want to relax with nice wine and nice food, I don't expect top of the line, but when you pay $23 for Salmon dish it should be good, really wasn't, hubby was not happy with his. To me this meal starts the tone for the vacation and its important that its tasty & good quality. it wasn't, and once you get to the hotel, you are locked in because its very difficult to leave and come back to the hotel, because to find a parking spot is very difficult. With that being said, next year I will find another hotel that offers park&fly, comfy room, with a nice restaurant with tasty food.

Room Tip: ask and they will be happy to help you.

It was ok. Room and parking were fine. Staff were dull and not typical Marriott staff. Real bummer was no place for breakfast. Had to take kids to gas station to get milk/food. Agree with other reviewers on loud toilets.
The rate ended up being significantly more after taxes. :(

I booked a room here for the evening of March 12 (Tuesday) in advance of a 1 week family vacation. Given some of the reviews, I was concerned that I wasn't going to be able to find a parking spot coming in at about 8pm, but that wasn't the case at all. I found a spot within 20 yards of the front door and there were several other spots available as well. Maybe it was because it was Tuesday night? We left at 4am for a 6am flight and there was a van waiting to take us and a few others away. No problem there. A snowstorm came through while we were away and dumped about 6-8", and the staff had my car and all other cars cleaned off, so when we arrived I just pulled right out. The room is nothing great (but nothing bad either) and for $200+ it's hard to give this hotel 5 stars.

I was traveling for work a few weeks ago, and stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Logan Airport. The pros are that the hotel is very close to the airport, has a courtesy shuttle that will pick you up from the airport and also bring to the local T station, and the staff is very nice and professional. I only had breakfast at the restaurant one morning, but it was slightly above average with a waffle station in addition to your standard breakfast buffet fare.

The downfall of the Courtyard Logan Airport is the beds and the parking. Probably the most important feature of any hotel room is the bed (you are there to sleep after all), and the bed at the Courtyard felt like it was made from granite. Also it was a challenge to get a non-feather pillow which is a bit of a problem for those people who are allergic to feather pillows (like me.) The hotel also serves as an airport parking facility which makes parking as a guest difficult. The lot is full, and there are cars parked everywhere including on some of the curbs in the lot making the lot very narrow to navigate in some places which could result in potential vehicle damage.

Admittedly, I have stayed in some shabby motels in my youth. Even the most "no-frills" locales at least threw a bagel my way. How can you seriously justify such a glaring oversight? Not an oatmeal packet to be found, nary an apple. But, conveniently for them they have a "full service" restaurant that charges $16 for a really sub-par eggsperience.
