“Good price average stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013

This was an average stay. The price and the location of the hotel is what makes this hotel worth staying at. The service at the hotel was very poor. When we asked for advice on where to go out or if they could help locate a restaurant, there was no service what so ever.
If you intend on staying near downtown for a small price this hotel is an excellent choice.

Room Tip: There is not Wifi in the rooms. If you intend on parking they will charge you a 22 dollar fee.

“Customer service below ZERO!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013 via mobile

The location is ok, the manager/desk man is arrogant and do not makes things easy to the guest. DON'T GO THERE, YOU WILL REGRET.
The place smells and the bathrooms are dirty. It's the worst nonetheless you can ever spend. Better off sleep inside your car.

“Great staff and awesome location. Close to BU theater as well as good eats and shops.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013 via mobile

It was just what we needed and the staff made it perfect! We walked to a play that night then explored the next day ode to shops and parks 1 location was perfect. The gracious staff went out of their way to make sure we had all - and gave good directions. Manager was excellent - he has pride in the hotel.

“Nice place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

The location is really good, next to the Prudential Center and two T stops. Staff was extremely nice and efficient. Even tough the hotel is dated, the room was comfortable and clean, toiletries and shower were also good. The only disapointment was the internet which is paid. It`s a basic hotel, but it was worth the trip.
