“Faultless and Flawless”

From the early morning checkin to the next day checkout - can not fault any aspect of our overnight stay. Pity not longer - as part of NE Coast road trip - took in ball game at Fenway 'en route'. Still had time to utilise the excellent pool and leisure facilities. Special mention to Betty on the Concierge desk who bent over backwards to assist with all of our queries.

The hotel is clean, modern and well staffed. We were greeted warmly and felt very well taken care of. We were only in town for one night so our stay was brief.

The room felt very clean. The bathroom was spotless and the bedding amazing. The view of the harbor and Logan Airport was great.

We visited their lounge, Toma, and enjoyed some delicious appetizers. The ham and cheese couquettes were amazing and the BLT sushi was good, but dry (needed soy sauce or something for dipping). The service was amazing.

The hotel is located a bit out of the way which means you will deal with less traffic. It is in walking distance to many restaurants and site seeing attractions.

The best part of the stay is that NO TIPPING is allowed so you are not going to have to shell out extra everytime you need help. They do add on a service fee but it was reasonable.

All in all it was a great stay. We will be back.

Room Tip: Don't overspend on the room. We selected the Deluxe King room and it was located over the front...

We spent a 4 day weekend at the Seaport Hotel, and had a great time. We had a room with a good view of the harbour. We took advantage of the free bikes to bike around Boston for a day. Room service was also great and sent up cutlery and glasses for wine and cheese. Concierge was very friendly and enthusiastic.

The reason I wouldn't rate this 5/5 would be the noise; the doors don't have a slowing mechanism and constantly slammed shut. This turned out to be an issue on the busy Labour day weekend I was there (I believe there was at least 1-2 weddings being held). The music was also quite loud from the weddings (as one might expect). When I called down to inquire, the front desk staff told me that I shouldn't be able to hear it from my room on the 6th floor although I could even make out the songs that were playing and just told me that it should be over around 11.

Room Tip: -ask for a higher floor - free printing for boarding passes in Business centre

We went to the Seaport for a weekend away from the suburbs with the kids. Our stay was fantastic. On check-in, the staff told us about the treasure chest that they have near the front desk. The chest is full of toys, and the kids got to each select (and keep) the toys! The kids were thrilled and it made check-in easier for us!! The room was really nice, and we love that they're "green" and had soap, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers. The hotel was quiet, even with multiple weddings happening on the weekend we were there. The staff is amazing, always friendly, whether we were in the elevator or guests at the restaurant. The pool was nice and warm the whole time we were there, and the kids had a blast. We would definitely stay at the Seaport again. They have great views of the city while being a little more off the beaten path.

Room Tip: Some rooms have a view of Boston harbor, which is pretty.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was a really good experience. The personnel was helpfull even before we got there! I had some questions about what to do, eat, schedules and they were more than happy to answer them and helped me. The room was great. We decided to have a 30 minutes massage.. OMG! it was really really good! I will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommended it to everybody.

My husband and I decided to stay at this hotel during our trip to Boston. We couldn't be happier that we did! The hotel was beautiful, very clean and modern. Every single person we came in contact with that worked there was extremely friendly and very helpful. The gentleman that brought our bags to the room had asked my husband the reason for our stay. We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. We spent a few hours walking around the city and when we returned to our room there was a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note from the staff at the Seaport Hotel congratulating us and extending their warmest wishes! It was unbelievable! Everything from the friendliest people to one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, made this the best hotel stay ever! We will be recommending this hotel to everyone! Oh, the bar downstairs is great as well!

Stayed here for 3 nights before heading back home. I promised my wife 4 years ago when we came back to the area to visit family we would stay in Boston for a few days. I knew I wanted to stay near the airport and stumbled upon this nice gem. Great location in an up and coming neighborhood. The Seaport district didn't look like this last time I was visiting.
1 Mile walk to Quincy Market, Aquarium, North End. We walked clear to Fenway and back. Boston is a great city to walk around. Grab a backpack, bring some water, and go for a hike across town.
Hotel- Beds were GREAT, pillows were amazing and you can order a custom one if needed. Business oriented. Gym was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Food- In hotel has many options. Walk 5 minutes a block away and there were plenty of options.

Room Tip: All rooms are great
