“Amazing views & great staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2013

A great Hyatt right on Boston Harbor overlooking the city. The staff were excellent as well. Brian at the front desk was very helpful and remembered our names. The restaurant is good and there is outdoor seating for the bar. Keep in mind there is nothing nearby. It is basically an airport hotel, but you can take a water taxi over to the city easily. We did find the wifi to be VERY slow once 4pm rolled around. There really is no excuse for that. But otherwise, was a very nice stay.

Room Tip: Make sure you choose a harbor view room, even if it costs extra. If you don't, you will be facin...

good stopover hotel with great view of Boston - stunning really - if you get one overlooking the harbour- get one of these its worth it alone. food in restaurant good and value but it lacked organisation. first day whole meal rushed to us in 45 mins, next day 45 mins, manager needs to get it into shape. just to get a starter. staff great though especially Vinnie. hotel rooms nice but some public areas need some care and attention, not so good value unless you get a deal.

Room Tip: get a boston harbour view - fantastic

I have attended many meetings in the last few months at this hotel and it is a great hotel to use.
There is plenty of meeting space for any size meetings and breakouts, and the service is fantastic. The food was super-with a variety of seasonal choices.

The hotel is in a perfect location-right at the airport, but offers great views of downtown Boston. And not only are the views great, but with a water taxi stand located right at the hotel, you get fast access to all of the wonderful places in see and eat at in downtown Boston.

Room Tip: Make sure to request a room on the downtown side of the hotel, otherwise you get a good view of the...

Arrived after a transatlantic flight tired and thirsty, but was instantly revived by the most amazing view (make sure you get a harborside view room).

Check in was fast and efficient. Later on we grabbed tickets from Reception for the water taxi into the city and everything was really easy.

The only criticism was that it took an age to get a drink from the bar and there wasn't really all that much seating inside to relax and unwind.

Breakfast is expensive, but then it always is if it isn't included in the room rate and it is not easy to get an alternative nearby. The shuttle was prompt and dropped us off at the T or later on at the car hire to pick up our car for the onward journey.

Our last night was spent back in the Harborside and it really felt like coming home.

Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for something out of town but close to the airport.

Room Tip: Get a high up harborside view

Arrived late afternoon and took a long walk along the river. A wedding was in progress and lent an air of festivity. My room provided me a 180-degree view of Boston - amazing! Bed and pillows comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Dinner was good, though pricey. Can't say much for the breakfast buffet, but the service for both meals was great. Hopped on the airport shuttle within minutes and was off. Overall, can't ask for a whole lot more, especially from an airport hotel.

I just returned from a 3 night stay to attend my son's wedding. All I can say is "wow"! This hotel is certainly not your average airport hotel. The ceremony was held outdoors on the lawn overlooking downtown Boston, the cocktail hour was outside on the terrace and the reception was upstairs in a ballroom. The views were amazing, the food was outstanding, the special rate for rooms for wedding guests was excellent and the wedding coordinator, Megan, and her assistant could not have been any better! The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were so comfy! I will definately choose this hotel on my next visit to Boston. The water taxi is located behind the hotel which makes getting downtown a breeze. The airport shuttle arrived within 10 minutes for all of our guests and the drivers were great. Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel!!

Room Tip: Harborview rooms can't be beat.

Attended a conference here.Overall a satisfactory property. My room seemed more like Hampton Inn room but was priced more like a Marriott. Nice view but uninspiring décor. Shuttle service back to the airport was less than satisfactory.....~30 minute wait with a repeated promise that it would return in less than 10 minutes.
