“Unusual airport hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

Hyatt Harborside may offer the best view of any airport hotel. Many rooms and the restaurant open onto a spectacular view across Boston Harbor to the broad expanse of the city skyline, glittering with light. The hotel is not in the terminal area, but is well served by a frequent shuttle. Flights do not land or take off near the hotel, so noise is not a problem.

The rooms are soacious, new, well designed, comfortable and quiet.

Staff is well trained, friendly, and in our experience, gets it right. Shuttle bus drivers make sure they have picked up passengers who have called for a ride. We needed a ride to major rental car station on airport property, and the shuttle took us there, with clear directions on how to manage getting on our way through the construction.

Dinner in the restaurant was fair, but the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Room Tip: Special allergy free rooms are offered. Attention is paid to special requests. Wake up calls are del...

My husband and I stay at this Hyatt every time we fly out of Boston. It is consistently excellent, with fresh crisp rooms and a great location looking at the Boston skyline or watching the planes take off and land at Logan airport. Their restaurant serves excellent food and the view is of the fabulous Boston skyline. We will be staying her four times in the next month, and it will be a lovely beginning and ending to two vacation trips.

Room Tip: High floor overlooking the Boston skyline or Logan Airport

I could not give less than 3 points to this hotel cause to be fair it is a nice hotel, however i disliked the package and the value for money
Let's forget for a moment the price of the room, i hated that the breakfast was not included and it cost a fortune (27 usd).
In addition to that i had to pay 15 usd (!!) for internet and outgoing mail could not even get through
Last but not least i had to pay 34 usd (!!) for the overnight parking
In 2013 it is unbelievable, with such a wide offer of good hotels with free breakfast, free wifi and free parking, that there is a hotel like this. And i think the prices are out of this world

Room Tip: The view of Boston at sunrise is breathtaking so try to get one with that view opposite to the ones...

we stayed during marathon week in 2012. Got a really good deal on Priceline, not sure what to expect. The view was unreal! My 5 year old would ask to ride up the elevator to "take a view" every time we got back to the hotel - really beautiful! Easy access to the T and bus transport. Kids had a ball (first time on public transport, we live in rural Maine). Museums and sightseeing were great, Boston rocks! Thanks Hyatt!

This is one of the best Hotels in Boston! It's a quick ride to the airport but not in the middle of the airport mess. It's right on the harbor and its the only Hotel to give you the perfect Boston sky line as the view. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The restaurant is great and the staff goes above and beyond! We had our wedding here in 2005 in the Ballroom and on a scale of 1-10, it was a 100! People will still talk about the reception as one of the best ones they attended and I must agree. They did everything perfectly. We have gone back 3 times since to celebrate our anniversary and I can't wait to spend a nice long weekend there and enjoy Boston!

Stayed 2 nights on business with appointments in Maine so it was fly in, drive, fly out. The location is perfect, the rooms wonderful (particularly the ones with a view of the Boston skyline), and the restaurant was actually very good. Kudos to Brandon, one of the concierge group, who helped us retrieve the IPad left in our rental car. He was calm.... as we got more and more frantic by the minute...made a couple of quick phone calls, got us back on the hotel van and upon arriving at the Hertz lot, their manager was standing there with the IPad. Our entire experience was A+.

There are lots of good things about this hotel. It is very convenient for Logan and the shuttle operates 24/7 so you never have to wait too long.

The bedrooms are very comfortable although the bathroom is a little dated and tired. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food from room service or at the Grill is excellent. Views of the city are spectacular.

But, the noise from doors slamming is a real negative. I was in room XX19 and I was woken at 4AM by slamming doors. This is an airport hotel so people are coming and going at all times so there will always be noise but the doors should be converted to a soft slam. Also why are there no safes in the rooms? I needed somewhere to store my laptop and cameras so I had to carry them around with me.
