“Good location, great staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2013 via mobile

Interesting looking hotel & rooms within walking distance of Green Line (Arlington Station) MBTA. Also easy to catch a cab from Hotel. All rooms have balconies, although the view from my room was not interesting. Room came with mini-fridge that worked well. Great check-in staff. Only (mild) complaint is that because I did not leave my room until 12:30 pm one day that the room was not cleaned. Later I called and asked for towels to be sent up & they arrived super quickly! Hotel also very good at providing non-feather pillows already in the room (I asked in advance). The 'business centre' has 2 computers & there was a wait to use the computers during daylight hours (other people were not observing the 30 minute rule - I did). The room for the Business Centre was very hot & didn't have A/C or any way 2 open window. It only mattered because I needed a PC to do some work related stuff while on trip. Hotel near a 7-11 & a Panera Bread for cheap food choices. Overall I recommend this hotel if you are staying in Boston.

This newly renovated hotel conveniently located between two train stations (about a block and a half away each) was one of the best hotels we've stayed at so far out of the 6 years we've been going to Boston to enjoy the city and take in a few games at Fenway. GO RED SOX! I love the city and the friendly people we've encountered each time. I took the chance by pictures of the hotel and ratings from others and knowing this was a former Radisson Hotel, but there is no evidence of it at all. The hotel looks brand new and is super clean, smells great and the room accommodations are hard to beat. The size of the room was amazing too for Boston, since most are quite small. Very nice bathroom with all the Skoah (Boston grown luxury spa line) products in the shower (2 scents each of body wash, shampoo and conditioner) to choose from and at the sink (hand soap, hand sanitizer and hand/body lotion). Robes, slippers, room safe all provided...even an umbrella is available to use if needed, which thank goodness we picked the perfect week to visit and had great weather. There is an 8th floor rooftop pool and lounge/bar area but we were so busy we never even had a chance to visit there so can't comment other than looking down at it from our room it looked very nice with towels already attached to the lounge chairs for convenience of the guests and a bar waitress walking around to take orders and serve drinks. They even had sitting booths/tables with curtains that could be drawn a bit for shade and privacy, including sliding material panels across the top of the booth. If you book a room at this hotel, I doubt that you'll be disappointed.

Room Tip: We were on the 12th floor and the AC always ran...at least the fan...so I'm not sure how other r...

Had a fire alarm go off at 2am. Loaded up family and ran down 11 flights of stairs. They would only give us a late ck out of 1230. They did comp out valet $46 and breakfast. So overall not bad. Really cool pool bar and patio. Steps from Boston Common, Starbucks, 7-11, and incredible food choices.

Came up to Boston from Virginia to see the Sox play. My wife is due to give birth in 2 weeks so we wanted to treat ourselves to a nice hotel. Hadn't heard of this hotel before but it's AWESOME! The rooms are really nice, everything seems brand new, even the bed felt incredible which my wife loved (happy pregnant wife-happy life, right?).

I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff is really welcoming, parking is super easy, and it's right in the heart of the city. A+++.

Location is good. Near Boston Common, Chinatown and all T (subway) trains. Room is clean. Bed is not too soft, so it's more comfortable than other hotels.

Front desk service wasn't up to my expectation. They gave me two queen size beds instead of king size bed as stated on the page. The bedsheets are not comfortable. The bathroom is small and bathroom appliances are 3 star hotel quality. There is no view from the balcony. Balcony is simple concrete without any furniture, so it looks likes construction site. AC is extremely noise, so we had to turn it off. Elevator is right next to our room, and it felt like highway every time the elevator is passing by. BTW, TV is tiny.

Room Tip: Not really, You are basically in hell since AC is very noisy in every room. Chance you get a room n...

The Revere was as good as we had hoped for during our 4 day stay in Boston. From champagne on arrival to accommodating a slightly early check in - all great. the room was spacious and modern. The gym was well equipped. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I love this hotel...the location is great, the rooms are modern and well appointed and the amenities are well thought out. I laugh when I read some of the reviews about lack of lighting or the room being small....this is downtown Boston in a boutique hotel. It is the best I've experienced in a long time, particularly for the price (name your price in Priceline). Room service is also excellent and not over priced. Champagne at check in was a bonus....nicely done!
