Stayed in a double double bedroom for 4 while traveling with family. Boston seemed to be a hard place to get a reasonably priced hotel room, and this was good for the price. The rooms are large and spacious - with a nice view of the city. Everything looks really clean, new and contemporary. The lobby has some cool artwork, the concierge had some good recommendations of seafood restaurants readily available, and were happy to make reservations. There is a good selection of restaurants around, and most of the city and sights downtown are reachable by foot. We especially liked the iPhone dockingstation and speakers in the room, and the fact that there was free wifi. Would stay again.

My wife and I take a long weekend trip to Boston each fall. We had stayed at this hotel when it was a Radisson and wanted to try it again under its new name. Overall, we find it to be an excellent choice when in Boston. We like the central location and the fact that the hotel has its own parking garage with self parking, if desired (we had unlimited entry/exit during our stay); I am not a big fan of turning my car over to a valet. Boston is a great walking city and the hotel's location allows easy walking to the North End, Newberry Street, Boston Commons, Prudential Center, Copley Place, etc. For those who are not walkers, the Arlington stop on the subway is about two blocks away. The hotel has undergone a nice refurbishment which we both enjoyed as we both like modern/contemporary decor. The front desk staff seems exceptional and we received a warm and personal greeting; much nicer than the "canned" greeting at many hotels. They made us feel that they were at our service should we need them. We had a Premier king room on the 23rd floor with a great view over the city. The bathrooms are still small, but certainly adequate. All of the room amenities were very nice including the furnishings, bathrobes and the varieties of soap, shampoo and conditioners both in the shower and at the sink (which are in pump bottles). The hotel is in an area of more upscale hotels and you can certainly spend more to stay at, for example, the Four Seasons, but the Revere offers very nice accommodations at a more reasonable rate. Since we are out and about in Boston each day enjoying what the city has to offer, we want a hotel that has new/modern furnishings and amenities, is reasonably upscale but does not need to be "over the top" and has a courteous/helpful staff and the Revere meets our needs perfectly. There are a number of restaurants in the block or two around the Revere, most of which are more upscale chain restaurants, such as Flemings and Legal Seafood. We did have some problems maintaining access to the internet using the hotels WI-FI and my smart phone (it was on and off); I ended up just using Verizon for internet access. We did not use the concierge as we had our own daily plans. We would certainly stay here again on our next Boston visit.

We stayed on Saturday to Sunday in December. I made the reservations through SniqueAway and the rate, with a AAA discount, was $250 plus $25 for parking. Because I "liked" them on FB, we got a free room upgrade. The choice was free dry cleaning and extended check out or a Jr Suite. We took the suite. It was a long hallway that opened into a sitting area with a pull out sofa, desk and TV. There is a balcony, but it overlooked rooftops below us. The king bedroom was separated from that area by a curtain. The mattress was uncomfortable, it sagged in the middle. We were in room 1401, which was next the the elevator and we heard that all night and in the morning. The bathroom is very narrow but it was clean and I like the idea of refillable pump bottles on the walls with a variety of lotions, soaps, shampoos and conditioners. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. They treated us like VIPs and we appreciate that kind of service. The lobby is very contemporary and uncluttered. I didn't see a seating area anywhere in the hotel and although there is a restaurant, we got in on Saturday night at midnight and it was closed. There wasn't anyplace around to get a cup of coffee and the coffee maker in the room had only powdered creamer, so we skipped it. It's not a hotel that I will rave about, but it served the purpose for us.

We loved our recent stay at the Revere near Boston Common. The price was reasonable, the accommodations were clean and posh and the location was fantastic and central.

Quite pleased and would stay here again...
