“Heaven!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2012

I was in heaven as soon as I entered our room! It was simple, yet elegant and so comforting. I had just spent 4 tough nights at a hotel in the Back Bay and was so thankful my husband came into town and we spent our vacation portion of my trip at the Four Seasons! The staff were wonderful. Chase was the bell boy who brought us our bags upon check in. He gave us a wonderful run down of what the hotel had to offer. He asked us our plans while in town and we told him we had tickets to the Celtics game. He immediately got on the phone low and behold, we had the house car scheduled to drive us to the TD Garden the next night. Staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was great. You have the public garden and boston common right in front of you. There is also a T station at the corner on Arlington that makes it easy to travel via the subway. My husband and I are from California so if we can figure the T out, then anyone can! You can catch a freedom trail tour that begins in Boston Common. Or you could head down the street to Copley Square or stroll down Newbury for some great shopping and dining! And if it's too cold to head out...try the lobster mac and cheese through room service. Delicious!

Thanks so much for your review; we’re in heaven just reading it! We’ve shared your wonderful remarks with Chase – and also with the rest of our team who work so hard, and passionately, each day to ensure exceptional service. A trip to Boston is often not complete without a sports game, so we’re excited you got to experience a Celtics game (we’re gearing up for the Playoffs as we speak...fingers crossed!). The Public Garden, Freedom Trail and Newbury Street are perfect places to stroll – but yes, we agree: Room Service’s lobster mac & cheese is melt-in-our-mouths yummy (we're getting hungry just mentioning it). Thank you again for taking the time so share your thoughts with us; we'd be honored to welcome you back again.

Stayed at the Four Seasons for a business conference. The rooms are premier with every fine touch including L'Occitane toiletries. Located across the street from the Boston Common and a block away from the Theatre district, there's a multitude of things to do and see. Great restaurants within walking distance and the MBTA has a stop at the corner which will take you anywhere in Boston. The friendliness of the staff was surprising - always greeted with a smile and a joking comment. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed this hotel with my wife & two year old daughter. I took Kid-cation package. It was great experience to my family. The package was included free toy and bag pack, Ice cream men visiting to room, $30 breakfast credit, etc.

No complaint except hotel breakfast, it was not bad, but not a 5 star level breakfast.
Especially, location of hotel was very good. It was right infront of Boston Public Garden and many luxury shops.

Thank you for sharing aspects of your Kid-Kation stay with us! We’re thrilled that your family enjoyed the many fun amenities (including our favorite: The Ice Cream Man). We’ve just begun offering kids the chance to “Raid the Fridge” every Saturday night (in their pajamas!), so we hope you'll have the opportunity to visit us again to experience that - it's so much fun. We’d very much like to learn details about your breakfast experience; if you are comfortable doing so, please email pr.boston@fourseasons.com with additional feedback. Thank you for choosing Four Seasons Boston - we love being a choice destination for families!

Best Rooms, Best Staff, Best Views. I have had the fortune to stay in some of the Best hotels in this country and Boston's Four Seasons makes the top of my list. It's a pitty that it's in my own backyard as I very rarely get the opportunity to stay here. Thank you for another great experience.

We’re absolutely thrilled that you’ve had such incredible experiences at Four Seasons Boston. We’re so happy you enjoy the beautiful Public Garden views (pretty in each season - even winter!) and many offerings; but most of all, we’re elated that you’ve experienced exceptional service. We take enormous pride in our staff and, together, we aim to be the best we can be. We hope all our guests feel welcome, at home...and special! We look forward to your next stay, and we all send a big thank you for your feedback.

Stayed for 1 week. Luxurious accomodations that could not have been better. Service was the best we have ever experienced at a hotel. Staff genuinely care that you have a wonderful experience at the hotel and in the city of Boston. For a memorable and special experience, book The Four Seasons Boston.

I have stayed at the Four Seasons Boston in the past and have always been happy but it has been more than four years since my last stay. The service from the front desk people, to room service staff to restaurant staff was exceptional. The staff was actually able to anticipate our needs which with a good Four Seasons team is what they pride themselves doing. The hotel is very comfortable and current and delivers what is excepted of a top tier hotel without being stuffy, another Four Seasons trademark. I would recommend this property to anyone who's does not mind paying a little extra for a luxury property with great service and outstanding location within Boston.

Thank you for thinking of us once again after four years! We’re beyond thrilled that you enjoyed your visit and experienced the kind of anticipatory service that we strive for each day. And we’re glad you liked the location too – with the unseasonably warm temperatures, hopefully you had a chance to explore a bit (our personal favorites are the Public Garden, Newbury and Charles Streets, and the Esplanade). We hope to welcome you back again, and we can’t thank you enough for sharing your experience with us!

Whenever I can get any kind of "reasonable" rate for the Four Seasons Bostons, I feel like a lottery winner. Simply the best hotel in Boston, best location, best amenities and best service. Complimentary health Club that is beautiful with all amenities, unbelievable staff, and concierge desk that will do anything for you and send you to the best restaurants you never thought of.

When the local channels on the TV were on the fritz, I casually mentioned it the nextt morning. They replaced the TV and that evening the manager sent a wonderful Pinot Noir for my inconvenience! Are you kidding me?

This may be the best staff of any 4 seasons to which I've been, and makes the Ritz across the Public Garden seem like a Holiday Inn.

Room Tip: Depending on your rate, you should get the best available. A high floor seems the best.

We’re thrilled that your experience at Four Seasons Boston has been so fantastic and have made sure to share your review with our staff. (We think we have the best Concierge team too and are ecstatic that you agree!). We’re delighted too that you had time to utilize the Health Club; hopefully there was a chance for a dip in the pool! Above all, thank you for sharing your story with us – we hope you were able to relax in your room with a glass of Pinot and feel right at home, just as you should. We hope to welcome you back for many years to come; it would be our sincere pleasure.
